대전 중구 중촌동 생선구이 맛집 '달빛에구운고등어'입니다.
셀프바에서 다양한 음식들을 가져다 먹을 수 있는 장점이 있는 곳이에요~
메인이라 할 수 있는 생선구이들도 바싹 촉촉하게 잘 익혀져 나오고요.

저는 4명이서 앉았는데, 모듬구이 한상이었을 거에요.
자, 여기서부터 셀프바? 입니다.
무려 계란말이가 제공됩니다.ㅎㅎ
그리고 떡볶이, 잡채도 제공되고요.
연근, 고구마순, 김치, 오이, 도토리묵 등도 있어요.
고기류만 없다 뿐이지, 이 셀프바만 해도 왠만한 한식뷔페 온 듯한 느낌이 드는 곳입니다.ㅎㅎ
자, 계란말이도 순하고 고소하고 좋았고요, 도토리묵도 좋았습니다.
미역국도 제공되어요~
계란말이 퀄리티가, 아니 생선구이먹으러 왔는데 이런 반찬들이 무한리필이라뇨.ㅎㅎ
땡잡은 느낌?ㅎㅎ
그리고, 제 입맛에 맞은건 저 잡채입니다.
살짝 단단한 식감의 잡채. 기름기도 살짝 있으면서, 간장으로 간을 아주 기가막히게 해놨습니다.
그리고 모듬한상은 돼지불고기, 아이스홍시도 제공된답니다.
생선은 가자미, 고등어 등이 나왔더 ㄴ것 같아요.
정확한 생선 이름들은 모르겠네요.ㅠㅎㅎ
자, 고등어는 양념이 얹어진 버전, 생선버전 한마리로 두가지 버전으로 즐길 수 있게 내줍니다.
생선은 적당히 불맛나게 잘 익혀져서 나옵니다.
그런데 이렇게 쓰다보니 뭔가 주객전도가 된 느낌도 드네요 ㅋㅋ
4인상 생선구이라면, 생선 한마리정도 더 있었음 어땠을까 하는 생각도 드네요~
돼지불고기도 맛 좋았습니다.
밥에 얹어먹음 꿀맛~
생선들도 적당히 기름이 차서 촉촉하게 잘 먹었어요.
그런데, 기존 반찬들로 이미 배가 차서 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
약간 바르미샤브샤브에서 샤브먹는 느낌이랄까요?
그래서 전 이득인게, 같이 간 지인들이 생선구이를 덜먹어서 제가 많이 먹었네요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

생긴지 얼마 안됐나? 싶은게, 가게도 상당히 깔끔하고요, 널찍널찍해서 모임으로 가기에도 좋아보였습니다~

[Moonlight Grilled Mackerel] A Great Grilled Fish Spot in Jungchon-dong, Jung-gu, Daejeon
This is ‘Dalbit-e Guun Godeungeo’ (Moonlight Grilled Mackerel), a popular grilled fish restaurant in Jungchon-dong, Jung-gu, Daejeon. The self-serve bar with its wide variety of dishes is a real highlight, and the grilled fish comes out perfectly crispy on the outside and moist within. A place where the variety of choices is genuinely one of its biggest strengths!
Here’s the menu. Four of us sat down together — I believe we had the assorted grilled fish set.
Now, the self-serve bar. Egg roll is available — at a grilled fish restaurant! 😄 Tteokbokki and japchae too. Lotus root, sweet potato stems, kimchi, cucumber, acorn jelly... minus any meat dishes, this self-serve bar alone feels like a visit to a proper Korean buffet. 😄
The egg roll was mild and nutty — lovely. The acorn jelly was good too. Miyeok-guk (seaweed soup) is also provided. The quality of the egg roll alone at a grilled fish restaurant — with unlimited refills on top of that — feels like striking gold. 😄
My personal standout from the bar was the japchae. Slightly firm in texture, with a touch of oil and a perfectly calibrated soy sauce seasoning that was just impeccable. 😄 The assorted set also included pork bulgogi and frozen persimmon (aishonghsi) as extras.
The fish — flounder, mackerel, and others I couldn’t identify. 😢😄 The mackerel came in two versions — one plain and one with a seasoning on top — a nice touch to offer variety. Both were grilled with a satisfying char and came out properly cooked through.
Now, writing all this out, I realize the sides almost stole the show. 😂 For a 4-person grilled fish set, one more fish would have been a welcome addition. The pork bulgogi was also delicious — wonderful over rice. The fish themselves were nicely oiled and moist throughout. The only thing is, by the time the fish arrived, we’d already half-filled ourselves on the sides! 😂 It reminded me a little of shabu-shabu restaurants where the sides end up being the main event. The upside for me personally — my friends were already too full to eat much fish, which meant more for me. 😂
Moonlight Grilled Mackerel — from the sides all the way through to the fish, I left thoroughly satisfied.
The restaurant feels relatively new — spotlessly clean, spacious, and well laid out. A great option for group dining! 😄
