서울 종로3가역 인근의 술집 맛집 '종로술집'입니다.

서울역에서 1호선타고 금방 갈 수 있는 역 근처여서, 타지에서 오는 지인들과 만날 수 있는 약속장소로도 딱입니다.

외국인이 꽤나 오는 집 같던데, 메뉴도 다양하고, 맛도 좋고, 단체로 앉을 수 있는 자리도 많아서 모임하기 좋은 곳이었습니다.

종로술집 메뉴입니다.

저는 동창모임으로 갔고, 간사이오뎅탕, 치킨, 떡볶이 등등 시켰습니다.

안주 뿐 아니라 술도 다양하게 있어요~ 

하지만 저흰 소주와 맥주로 달렸네요 호호.

자, 양념반 후라이드반 치킨입니다.

술집에서 파는 치킨은 냉동제품 사서 튀겨서 닭에서 냄새난다는 편견이 살짝 있는데, 종로술집 치킨은 그렇지 않았습니다.

치킨 전문점까지의 퀄리티는 아니었지만, 생각 이상으로 퀄리티 좋은 치킨이어서 만족했습니다.

요것은 제가 도착하기 전 친구들이 먹고있던 떡볶이.ㅎ

돈까스, 치즈가 얹어진 떡볶이였는데요, 딱 전형적이 떡볶이 맛이었습니다.

떡과 돈까스가 꽤나 잘 어울렸어요~

꼬지오뎅부터 풍덩 담겨있는 오뎅까지 아주 다양한 오뎅이 양껏 들어있습니다.

다른 안주와 국물있는거 하나 시킬 것 찾는분들, 요 오뎅탕 강추입니다~

간도 짜지 않게 딱 좋았고요, 많이 들어있는 오뎅 비주얼에서 느껴지듯, 오뎅의 진한 맛이 국물에 아주 잘 우러나있었습니다.

시원하기까지 한 국물맛도 술과 잘 어울렸구요.

뭣보다 오뎅 종류가 다양해서 골라먹는 맛이 아주 좋았습니다.

자, 이쯤되선 술을 많이먹어서 맛이 아주 자세히 기억은 안납니다..하하..

요건 피자였어요.

이렇게 보니 많이도 시켜먹었네요 ㅋㅋㅋ

역과 가까워서 좋았던, 그리고 널찍한 테이블도 좋았떤 곳이었습니다.

타지에 있는 지인들과 서울에서 모임할 장소 찾는분들에게 추천할만 한 곳이었습니다~

[Jongno Suljip] A Great Gathering Spot Near Jongno 3-ga Station, Seoul

This is 'Jongno Suljip,' a popular bar and restaurant near Jongno 3-ga Station in Seoul. It's just a short ride from Seoul Station on Line 1, making it a perfect meeting point for friends coming in from out of town. The place seems to draw a fair number of foreign visitors too — the menu is diverse, the food is good, and there's plenty of seating for larger groups. A great spot for get-togethers!

Here's the menu. I went for a reunion with old classmates, and we ordered the Kansai-style odeng-tang (fish cake hotpot), chicken, tteokbokki, and more. Beyond the food, there's a solid drink selection too — though we just went with soju and beer. 😄

First up, the half-and-half chicken (seasoned and fried). I'll admit I had a slight prejudice about bar chicken — the kind of assumption that it's probably frozen, reheated, and a bit off-smelling. But Jongno Suljip's chicken was nothing like that. It didn't quite reach the level of a dedicated fried chicken restaurant, but it was significantly better than expected and left me genuinely satisfied.

The tteokbokki was already being enjoyed by my friends when I arrived 😄 — topped with tonkatsu and cheese. Classic tteokbokki flavor, and the combination of rice cakes and tonkatsu worked surprisingly well together!

Next, the Kansai-style odeng-tang. Do you see the sheer amount of fish cake in there?! From skewered pieces to large chunks fully submerged in broth — a wonderful variety of fish cakes packed in generously. If you're looking for something soupy to pair alongside other snacks, this odeng-tang is highly recommended. The seasoning was perfectly balanced — not too salty — and just as that visual abundance suggests, the rich fish cake flavor was beautifully infused throughout the broth. Clean and refreshing too, which paired wonderfully with drinks. And the variety of fish cake types meant every bite was a little different — great fun to mix and match. 😄

By this point in the night, the drinks were flowing and my memory gets a little hazy... 😂 There was also a pizza at some point. Looking back at all the photos, we really did order a lot! 😂 I can't even remember the name of the last dish — but it looks delicious in the photo, so that counts for something. 😂

Jongno Suljip — great location right by the station, spacious tables, and a welcoming vibe.

If you're looking for a place to gather with friends visiting Seoul from out of town, this is a solid recommendation!
