회가 맛있는 곳입니다.
참돔, 참치 등 회맛이 좋아서 점심시간에 초밥으로 간편하게 한끼 먹기 좋습니다.
저는 모듬초밥으로 시켰습니다.
이 구성에 냉소바가 나옵니다.
평소에 갔을 때랑 구성이 조금 바뀐 것 같은데, 소고기초밥이 2개인게 좀 아쉬웠네요..
그래도 항상 가던 신뢰감을 가지고 먹어봅니다~
역시 이 얹어진 회맛은 아주 좋습니다.
다음에 가면 초밥 말고 사시미로 먹어봐야겠어요.ㅎㅎ
큼지막한 광어가 신선해서 좋았고요, 대신 이날은 밥이 간이 좀 세더라고요.
평소엔 안이랬는데, 이날따라 그래서 그건 좀 아쉬웠습니다.
요 참치.
참치 살맛이 아주~~ 좋았습니다.
아카미에서 느끼고싶은 특유의 감칠맛이 있는데, 그게 너무 잘 느껴졌어요.
씹으면 씹을수록 나오는 감칠맛 덕분에 참치 사라지는게 너무 아쉬웠네요.ㅠ
요건 엔가와같은데, 평소 먹던 엔가와보다 훨씬 부드~러운 식감이었어요.
참치도 그렇고 요것도 그렇고, 그리고 위에 보이는 참돔도 엄청 부드러운 식감이 특징이었는데, 숙성회같았습니다.
부드러움 속에 녹은 녹찐한 기름맛이 아주 좋았습니다.
참돔도 부드럽게 녹는 듯 한 식감에서 녹찐한 맛이 잘 느껴지는게 아주 좋았습니다.
연어도 기름기 적당히 있어서 좋았고용!
이날은 이 소바도 살짝 간이 강했습니다.ㅠㅠ 아쉽..
같이 나온 수박은 엄청 달았어요. 설탕친줄.ㅎㅎ

가게가 아담하고, 분위기도 좋아서 지인 혹은 연인과 소규모로 가서 대화하면서 먹기 딱 좋은 곳이에요.ㅎㅎ

[Yakusoku] A Must-Try Sushi Spot in Daeheung-dong, Jung-gu, Daejeon
This is 'Yakusoku,' a popular sushi restaurant in Daeheung-dong, Jung-gu, Daejeon. The fish here is genuinely delicious — with standout pieces like red sea bream and tuna, it's a great spot for a quick, satisfying sushi lunch.
I ordered the assorted sushi set, which comes with cold soba on the side. The lineup seemed slightly different from previous visits — having two beef sushi pieces felt a little disappointing — but I trust this place, so I dug in with confidence. 😄
And as always, the fish on top did not disappoint. Next time I might try the sashimi instead of sushi! 😄 The large flounder (gwangeo) was wonderfully fresh. The rice was seasoned a touch more heavily than usual on this visit though, which was a slight letdown — not typically like this, so hopefully just an off day.
Now, the tuna. The flavor was absolutely outstanding. There's a specific kind of umami you hope to get from akami (lean tuna), and it came through perfectly here. The more you chew, the more that umami unfolds — I was genuinely sad to see it disappear. 😢
The engawa (flounder fin) was noticeably softer and more delicate than engawa I've had elsewhere. And the tuna, the engawa, and the red sea bream visible above — all shared this incredibly soft, almost melt-in-your-mouth texture, like aged (aged/marinated) sashimi. That rich, buttery flavor melting within the softness was just wonderful. The red sea bream in particular had this silky, dissolving texture with a beautifully rich, fatty finish. The salmon had just the right level of fat too — spot on. 😄
The soba was also seasoned a little strongly on this visit. 😢 A shame. The watermelon that came alongside, though, was incredibly sweet — almost like sugar had been added. 😄
That was 'Yakusoku,' a great sushi spot in Daeheung-dong, Jung-gu, Daejeon.
The restaurant is cozy and intimate with a lovely atmosphere — perfect for a small gathering with friends or a date, where you can eat and chat at a relaxed pace. 😄
